In May of this year, we had the opportunity to participate in AWS Summit Berlin, a remarkable event organized by AWS. Here is our report from those inspiring days.
AWS Summit Berlin – May 15-16
AWS Summit Berlin took place, as in previous years, at STATION Berlin. It was a one-day conference repeated over two days and took place on May 15 and 16. The event attracted thousands of participants and offered a rich program consisting of over 150 sessions, 50 of which were dedicated to generative artificial intelligence.
What Happened On-Site?
Presentations and Workshops
Among the speakers were leading AWS experts, including Mindy Ferguson (VP of Messaging and Streaming at AWS) and Stefan Höchbauer (Managing Director of AWS in Germany and Central Europe). They covered topics related to the latest technological trends, generative AI, developer tools, and cloud infrastructure.
Partner Expo
In the Partner Expo area, participants had the opportunity to meet with exhibitors and learn how they can support their cloud journey. It was a great opportunity to make new business connections and exchange knowledge.
AWS Training & Certification
Certified training courses led by AWS experts were available on-site. This was an excellent opportunity to expand one’s skills and knowledge about AWS cloud.
Startup Loft
Participants could also meet with leading startups and the AWS Startup team to learn how innovative companies are building their solutions on AWS.
Sessions on Generative AI
In over 50 sessions and demonstrations, participants could learn how generative AI can revolutionize customer experiences and optimize productivity.
Summary
AWS Summit Berlin 2024 once again demonstrated the dynamic development of the AWS ecosystem. Participants had the opportunity to gain valuable knowledge about the latest technological solutions and connect with industry leaders. This event served as an excellent platform for sharing ideas and experiences, which will undoubtedly bear fruit in the future.
